Designing a metallic roller style left navigation panel for a website

Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.

Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Warp. Select "Bulge" from the preset warp shapes. Adjust settings as shown.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
