Designing a cool letterhead

Start by applying a nice color to the background.

Create a white rounded rectangle a bit smaller than the document size using rounded rectangle tool.

Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool. Fill it with the same color as we used for the background.

Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select "Bulge". Select "Arch" style from the preset warp shapes. Apply settings as shown.

Move this layer to right.

Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool. Reduce the fill value to 0%.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Duplicate the layer. Move a few pixels to left. Reduce the opacity to 90%.

Similarly create more duplicates of this layer. Move to left and with every duplicate reduce it by 10%.

Create an "Hedera 2" shape using custom shape tool.

Type company name and other text details on it as shown.
