Creating a metal 'n' fur photo frame

Create a circle using elliptical shape tool.

Press Ctrl+T to transform. Right click the object and select warp.

Select "Arc Lower" from the preset warp shapes from the top panel. Apply settings as shown.

Duplicate the layer several times rotate and place as shown.

Create a vertical rectangle using rectangular shape tool.

Press Ctrl+T to transform. Right click the object and select warp. Select "Flag" from the preset warp shapes from the top panel. Apply settings as shown.
