Creating a metal 'n' fur photo frame

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

From layer menu select layer style>>create layers. Select and merge all the resulting layers.

Press Ctrl+U to open hue/saturation window. Apply settings as shown.

Select smudge tool from the main toolbar. Click and drag on the edges as shown.
