Designing Business Graphics - Web of Global Network

Select and merge all web layers. From the bottom of layer palette click on add layer mask.

Select gradient tool. Pick a black to white gradient. Drag the gradient from top of web to bottom to create a soft gradation.

Insert cutout of a business executive ready to shake hand .place it on top of web.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
