Similarly add another cutout of a business executive it place on the other side.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Insert cutout of a globe. Place it at the center of the web.

Create an elliptical selection using elliptical marquee tool.

Press Shift+Crt+J to cut paste the selection in a new layer. Now move the lower half of the globe layer below the web layer in layer order in layer palette.

Select each layer of the globe and change the layer mode to luminosity in layer palette.

Apply a nice gradient to the background layer.
