Duplicate the heandle. Move the layer towards right.

Create a rounded square using rounded rectangle shape tool. Make sure you press shift while creating this so that all the sides are equal.

Enable "subtract from shape area" at the top bar.

Create a circle using elliptical shape tool. This will create a hole in the board.

Repeat the step to create the another hole.
