Designing a young, vibrant and athletic logo

Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.

Press Ctrl+T to transform. Right click the object and select warp. Select "Inflate" from the preset warp shapes from the top panel. Apply settings as shown.

Select the path using path selection tool. Duplicate and scale down as shown. Select "subtract from shape area" from the top bar.

Select all the paths. Duplicate and rotate as shown.

Again select and duplicate all the paths. Scale down and enable" Exclude overlapping shape areas" form the top bar.
